What’s it like to work for OneSchool Global?

Ever wondered what it’s like working with OneSchool Global (OSG)? OSG was established by members of the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church (PBCC) for students and families of the Church Community, and is one of the largest networks of independent schools in the world.

OSG employs over 2,000 teaching staff who aren’t affiliated with the Church. These teachers are passionate about challenging dated teaching methods and exploring new ways of learning for OSG students. With over 9,500 students in more than 120 campuses across 20 countries, OneSchool Global teachers play an important role in supporting and educating the younger Community.

Hear first-hand from our diverse range of teachers who share the perks of working for OneSchool Global.

About OneSchool Global

OneSchool Global educates 9,500 students in over 120 campuses across 20 countries, thanks to over 2,000 professional teaching staff who aren’t affiliated with the Church. OSG’s education ecosystem provides an environment in which the staff and students thrive.

OSG develops learners who “learn how to learn”. They facilitate this learning through a forward-looking and pioneering approach to education. While academic excellence has been and always will be a priority, OneSchool challenges dated educational practices and processes with our Self-Directed Learning program. OSG places the focus on what and how students are learning rather than merely on what is being taught.
